Aloha and Welcome to Hawaii

All Meeting Hawaii travelers will be met at the airport one of our professional representatives to help with baggage and transfers. A traditional lei greeting is available upon request for that special Hawaiian Welcome.

While in Hawaii the Meeting Hawaii staff will be able to assist you during your stay. We are also available to arrange a variety of activities, tours and show.


Honolulu Lei greeting and transfer packages include:

• Fresh flower lei greeting upon arrival at the Honolulu Airport
• Roundtrip transfers from airport to hotel
• Roundtrip luggage transfers
• Personal concierge service

$28.00 per person

Towncar and Limousine Transfers available for additional cost with or without Leis

Optional Tours: Excursions, activities and tours are available for individuals or groups. Meeting Hawaii can provide special events and tours to local points of interest via Mini buses, Executive vans, luxury vehicles and motor coaches.. Special dinner shows, island tours and other activities can also be arranged.

Baggage: Each passenger is entitled to have two (2) pieces of baggage. There will be an additional charge for golf bags, sports equipment, band instruments, bicycles, surfboards and other unusual size baggage that require special handling. Airport transfer services will not be provided if passengers are traveling with any piece of luggage (including surfboards) that measures over six (6) feet in length. All additional baggage charges are payable directly to the transportation provider at time of service. Liability, if any, for the loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of baggage shall not exceed $500.00 for any single piece or $1,000.00 in the aggregate for any single passenger. In no case shall carrier’s liability exceed these limits for cost of repair, replacement or actual cash value. Carrier shall not be liable for loss of, damage to, or delay of delivery of any baggage that is not acceptable for transportation. Claims must be filed with carrier within 24 hours of passenger's arrival date and a written notice must be received within 30 days of arrival.
